This constitution shall supersede all previously adopted constitutions including the Constitution of the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma, approved by the Assistant Secretary of the Interior on Jand ratified by our voters on Jpursuant to the Oklahoma Indian Welfare Act of J (49 Stat.
), as reconfirmed by the Act of (92 Stat. ), and the. the attached Constitution and By-laws of the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma. All rules and regulations heretofore promulgated by the Interior Department or by the Office of Indian Affairs, so far as they may be incompatible with any of the provisions of the said Constitution and By-laws, are hereby declared inapplicable to the Wyandotte Tribe of Oklahoma.
